In my search for the new Wordpress plugin Aquila seems to be using on his site, I stumbled across a brilliant browser extension called Cooliris. After installing it, run through the quick tutorial, it seems to do a little bit more than it says on the tin. Been using it for a day now and I think its brilliant, won’t be to everyones taste but it suits my browsing style!

Cool plugin. Sorry if this goes TU, but I’m even testing posting this comment using the preview window from Cooliris. Pretty damn cool.

Nice one…Cooliris looks to me like a browser extension for your own machine correct? So it’s not implimented on your site for everyone else to see?

Good question! It’s a javascript which produces a popup when you mouse over a link, you can then browse within the popup bet when you remove your mouse from the popup it disapears. you can enable it and unable it by a single click, which is helpful if you have a slow connection or a page with lots of links!
