Tearing up Sheffield

Snooker crucible

Made it up to Sheffield to the famous crucible to watch the snooker this weekend. The seats were unbelievable and as you can imagine being seated in the front row we were on TV regularly! We weren’t allowed camera’s inside but I managed to get my mobile out for a sneaky shot. Unfortunately the Monks ugly mug got in the way but you can just make out the snooker table and TV cameras.

what a shame, would have been a good picture without the Monkster in it!

Wow, you’ve been to the Cruicible - awesome! Which matches did you see?

    Mike

Mike, we saw Shaun Murphy (world champ) beat James Wattana and the legendary Steve Davis beat Andy Hicks. I also had tickets to see Graham Dott play the next morning, we woke up with a hangover and didn’t make it, sod’s law that Dott then went on to win the World Championship!
