Walk the Line

Went to watch Walk the Line last night with Simon and Claire. Haven’t seen a really great movie in a long time so maybe my sense of what actually constitutes great is a bit warped, but I have to hand it to the cast and crew, this is one great movie!

If you want to watch a movie which is wonderfully emotional, has brilliant music coupled with amazing acting and singing, all packeged into a superbly made production then its worth paying a few bucks to go watch this on the big screen. Just trust me if the adjectives above still haven’t sold you on it!

Watched it on the plane over here… I have to agree, it was a great movie - and I hardly even know any of Johnny Cash’s music!

    Btw…Thanks for the camera advice.

Cool, been researching a bit more and it appears Nikon are now up to s3 and Fuji are at the z2 in the range.

nikon schmikon, fuji wooji, Pentax all the way!

Nice one, Kleintjie. A four-star flick with five-star performances from Joaquin and Reese, my good buddies. Been a Johnny Cash fan for a while and Joaqui’s singing and acting was sublime.

Yep, Paddy, great movie, whilst watching the movie I was able to step back and admire the creation of certain scenes, particularly the vividness of the scenes involving only J and R - in the diner and when he is coming out of cold turkey!

Oh, Guy, I have word for you and your Pentax - shutterlag!!!!!!
