Google Local for mobile

Google Local for mobile - the poor mans sat nav. I already have satelite navigation (GPS) on my phone but I can’t wait for this to come out with UK maps on it. I have already installed the US version on my phone and it works a treat. Perfect for my next trip out there which is looking increasingly likely for the end of this month. Bring on DC!

are there any plans for australia? I might have a site for your product..?

Hey Dave what phone do you have currently. Getting a new phone on upgrade today not too sure what to get though, thinking about the IMate K-Jam (different name in UK I think).

Wezzo, do it! My mate grayskull (link on the right) is a gadget freak and always has the latest and greatest stuff. He has the K-Jam and reckons it’s wicked. Funnily enough I am upgrading to the K-Jam or SP5m soon, the reason I haven’t is because of a cock up with my work and personal contracts. If you email Brendan with any questions you have about the phone I’m sure he would be able to help.

Cool thanks. I realy need a PDA type phone so I will prob go for it or something similar.

Do it Wezzo, am loving the K-Jam, its pretty schweeeet indeed. Even Dave was suprised by the size of the phone, its not much bigger than a typical Sony or the like, but loads smaller than most PDA/Pocket PC’s.

    Thanks guys I’m sold.
